• Refund / Cancellation Policy

    Rlearning Solution private limited reserves theright to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient participants or
    unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Individual/CompanyParticipant will be notified through email, at least three (3) working days inadvance. For emergency cases, less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be
    given instead. Cancellation and postponement requests must be sent by email, otherwise they will NOT be accepted and payment in full must be made. Written notice of withdrawal 10 calendar days before course/program commencement is required to be entitled to a full refund of course fee. Written notice of withdrawal to the Registrar less than 10 calendar days
    before course/program commencement will incur a 50% penalty charge. Written notice of postponement/rescheduling to the Registrar needs to be made 10 days before course commencement, so as to be eligible to join the next upcoming class. Subsequent change is not allowed. 100% of the course fee will be charged. Cancellation and request for change of course date within 8 days’ notice will not be entertained. 100% of the course fee will be charged. “No Show” is not acceptable. 100% of the course fee will be charged. Substitute delegate(s) will be accepted.
    Overseas enrolment must clear payment before course commencement.
    Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt offull Payment of Course Fee 30 days before course commencement for OverseasClients.

    Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full Payment of Course Fee 10 days before course commencement for Local Clients.
    In the event that any term or condition is ambiguous in the opinion of the Company, the Registrar’s interpretation prevails.
